In World of Warcraft, the Hunter has the easiest time leveling up of all the classes. In this article, I will reveal 5 powerful tips for increasing the leveling speed of your hunter.
1. Pick the right pet!
The best pet for a leveling Hunter is a cat. You can get a cat as a level https://ammoshopinc.com/product-category/rifle-ammo/300-blackout-ammo/ 15 Hunter (or even lower if you have some patience) in the Barrens. The Cat deals the most damage of any low-level Hunter pet so it is great for leveling up. With that said, you still need to tame other pets to learn new pet abilities.
2. Choose the right spec.
Now that you have a high DPS (damage per second) pet, you will need to spend your talent points to support that choice. I recommend going Beast Mastery and spending all your talent points on talents that maximize pet DPS. Some of the best Hunter talents are Kindred Spirit and Serpent’s Swiftness, both of which result in over a 10% DPS increase for the hunter. After getting these talents your character will be significantly stronger, even with crummy gear!
3. Get a good weapon.
For a Beast Mastery Hunter, the stat of primary importance is simply the DPS of your gun or bow. Grab the highest DPS weapon you can get as speed and stats are not terribly important for a Beast Mastery Hunter. Your best bet is get a high DPS weapon so you can deal some steady damage while your pet does all of the heavy lifting.
4. Do not worry too much about other pieces of equipment.
As mentioned in point #3, the only thing you need to worry about is getting a good weapon. Once you get a good weapon, other equipment pieces are trivial. After all, your pet will be doing most of the damage so you should not spend too much time while leveling up your Hunter looking for good gear. Get better equipment once you hit the level cap.
5. Quest as much possible.
It may be tempting as a Hunter to try to grind mobs given the ease with which the Hunter is able to kill enemy monsters, but note that this is a bad decision. Since Hunters are able to kill enemy monsters so well, the Hunter is actually great a questing because it is able to kill elite mobs without a problem. Be sure to maximize pet talents for best results!
